Squeedge is one of my all time favorite artists and is pretty much responsible for getting me into drawing furries. I could go on for hours gushing about her artwork if allowed. I’m not kidding either lol.

With this Spring season showing more promising anime, I’ve kind of gotten back into the flow of watching some. Sampled pretty much all the new series, but only seven made it to episode two for me:

Red Data Girl
Devil Survivor 2
Hataraku Maou-sama
Aku no Hana
Suisei no Gargantia
Shingeki no Kyojin
Yondemasu yo, Azazel-san. Z

After this week however, the list shortened even though I have yet to see the 3rd episode for some (also excluding Yondemasu yo, Azazel-san. Z since if you liked the 1st season, you’ll like the 2nd one. It’s pretty much the same):

Red Data Girl just…well…it made me cringe after the end of the second episode to the point where I couldn’t watch the third. I suppose it should have been expected since I don’t really like shoujo.
Devil Survivor 2 just bored me to tears with the second episode, so when the third one came around, I couldn’t make myself watch it.
Hataraku Maou-sama is still hilarious in my opinion. I seriously laugh out loud many times watching it. Glad it’s not a harem or anything. Also, it has actually gotten me to like the tsundere. That’s like, a first.
Aku no Hana uses rotoscoping beautifully and the art style adds to the creepiness by making the series more realistic, yet uncanny. Each episode has me glued. I love it!
Shingeki no Kyojin is very gory and dark, very dark, (such is the way of a crap-sack world) though still waiting on the 3rd episode right now. The art style helps make it stand out.
Suisei no Gargantia is strong in both plot and design. Waiting on 3rd ep, but the ending of the 2nd one was mind-blowing. The strengths from this series so far comes from the beautiful art and animation, along with the interesting characters and their interactions.

On another note, watched some older anime.
The TV series for Black Rock Shooter was pretty and fun even though the plot wasn’t very intelligent. There’s only 8 episodes, so things more quickly.
Michiko to Hatchin takes place in an alternate Brazil. Lots of guns lol. Only seen 1st ep, but want to watch more. Also, hot chick with guns. Can’t complain there lol.
